'I've had the opportunity to stay previously at the Hyatt and was pleased with the remodeling and updates to the rooms. The only suggestions would be to install shower bars in the showers and a shelf in the shower area for the bath towels so you have someplace to put the towels while showering.'

'Unfortunately I will not be back. The driveway was hard to find and you have to drive through the parking lot for a gas station to get in, and the rest of the accessible entrances are walled off. Upon arrival, the front desk was empty, telling guests to call a number to get someone’s attention. They did have a nice welcome non alcoholic drink and a cool towel. But then the attendant was a bit too enthusiastic with my bag when I told them multiple times I was fine carrying it-then followed me...

'Our train was late getting in until 11 o’clock. We overslept for breakfast, but they were kind enough to wait on us. We really appreciated that. They impressed us with their accommodations.'

My overall rating was just "OK" because of what is perhaps a misunderstanding on my part for the use of the word "guest house", Guest houses, to me, are separate dwelling behind a main home but perhaps to others and when filtering by "whole house", what we stayed in was unexpected.
