'The house was close to the Gas City Performing Arts Center, which was the purpose of our visit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house was generally clean, but overall it was very outdated, worn and in need of some TLC.'

If you are visiting Taylor University it is close to campus. There are three units on the property, and the walls are not soundproof, but they have a sign posted to be considerate of your neighbors.
