'We got locked out of our room because there locks weren’t working and they weren’t sure if the master key would work on not because they were off line. When we returned the morning staff never informed the evening staff and the issue was never fixed, however we were able to get into the room with a new key but they again weren’t sure if it was going to work. 'Nice quiet clean room with fully equipped kitchen. Great for a small getaway. We could walk right out to the canal and watch the manatees and dolphins swim. Also saw an eagle flying over as well as several other species of birds. If you have a boat you can dock outside your door in the canal or rent a boat from nearby. '
