'There was a large group of people with teenagers there that conjugated in the breakfast area. They were extremely loud for quite a while. Just not an experience that I have had after years of staying at the Hampton. It just seemed very out of control with kids running constantly up and down the hallway slamming doors.'

'Resort is beautiful! They were packed for July 4th which made everything difficult, no seats at pools, long lines in restaurants and bars. They offered Buy One Get One Free Drink coupons at Check in and then said they weren’t valid for the Holiday Weekend! Fireworks were nice and right In the Harbor close to the hotel!'

'This property didn't have enough parking to accommodate the guests. That's awful. The was no signage on the front entrance. No awning to unload your luggage in case it's raining, in Florida it rains a lot. Customer service puts you on hold for a long time. Bad.'

'Check in and out was a breeze. Our room was ready an hour early, The staff was courteous and friendly. We were there on the 4th, so the place was packed. Still not long waits for food and drinks. Our room faced the bay. We could see the fireworks from our room and they were spectacular. We stayed at the villa suites, strongly recommend. We have had several family members stay here and they all rave about it.'
