'The pool was too cold to use still. The rooms could have been much cleaner. Use of bleach around the bathroom floors, tub and sink would help. The carpets would benefit greatly from shampooing. '

'Stayed at this property four times, and the last time experienced a bit of negative feelings. Perks from previous trips changed, but instead of staff explaining management changes said always was that way. To the contrary, I know that the last three stays was different. Instead I came away feeling belittled when I knew situations were different previous stays.'

'Rooftop bartenders and wait stay , ignored us. They stood around talking to each other. Had to wave at them for service It was me and my husband we ordered food , I had to ask for silverware and napkins. The girl brought one it took 5 mins to get anyone attention to get a 2nd set. Overall the rooftop busy and not busy very bad service.'

'This was a great location and even though it is right next to a highway I did not hear any highway traffic. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast fit our needs.'

'A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.'

I contacted Expedia on 3/17 to cancel the booking because I no longer needed the room and was connected to Patrick G, an Expedia customer service representative. 'The location is good. The price is good. You get what you pay for. I would stay there again .'

'Building is old and needs to be remodeled. No elevator to the second floor and no electrical plug on one side of the bed for my cpap. That was a big problem. TV remote worked only part of the time. Bed and pillows were good as was the shower, but was really old looking.'
