'Room was very clean, breakfast was stellar, and the view on the balcony was awesome, but the staff was really the shining star! Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to work their and provide an awesome experience. We will definitely stay here again if we visit.'

'The only downside was deceptive advertising on third party sites where we were asked if we wanted a food and beverage credit for 78 dollars. Four Points advertises two restaurants on site and a bar so we opted to purchase the credit thinking we could put it towards dinner or a drink that night. However, when we arrived we were told by the hotel staff at check in that there was no such package add on and that they couldn’t reimburse us. They said we had to contact Expedia/Hotels.con ourselves...
