'I've had a lovely time at Sarova Panafric, each and every one of the staff makes you feel welcome. The room was big enough, and included tv, complementary water bottles, housekeeping twice a day, and a safe. The pool was nice, they provided big towels when swimming. 'Wij hadden dit resort geboekt om de laatste twee dagen relaxed door te brengen. We werden uiterst hartelijk en zeer behulpzaam ontvangen. we werden naar onze kamers gebracht. 'This is the first hotel ever where they ask you every day if you are happy with your room or if you have any complaints. My room was clean. The service you get from the staff is excellent. I will definitly come back. The location was perfect. Walkable to Java House and CJ's, supermarket. And it is easy to get an Uber to go to the shopping malls. 'This was the first time for me staying at the Sankara in Nairobi, and I found the hotel to be excellent both in terms of comfort and cleanliness. My room was modern and well appointed and very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was good ands the steakhouse Graze was 4 out of 5 stars. The staff - 10 stars out of 5. This time, we had to show proof again before being allowed in without the extra charge. Most concerning, my fiancée—who is a woman of color—was twice subjected to unfair treatment. On both visits, she was asked to prove her stay, unlike me. Most recently, a security guard followed us from the rooftop bar to our room, questioning her presence even though she had already been checked in for two days. The management seriously needs to address staff attitude and discriminatory behavior. Until then, we can't recommend it in good faith."
