'Ruime appartementen en dicht bij centrum '

'This has nothing to do with the hotel but there is a large amount of homeless people roaming the streets. I am from Toronto and even I thought there were a lot. The city needs to do more to help them out. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. Clean and the restaurant is top notch for all meals!! I would still come back to stay here regardless of the surroundings.'

'A small issue with the locking of my door. It's timed to lock automatically after about 30 to 45 seconds. It was inconsistent, sometimes taking several attempts to get it right. This is annoying when you're trying to leave to get somewhere at a particular time and you spend time waiting for it to lock. Relatively minor issue when everything else was great.'

'Het gaat om een residentie van de Saint Paul university met minimale hotelservice tijdens de vakantiemaanden van de universiteit. Er zijn twee ruime kamers gescheiden door een keuken en doucheruimte. Alles is er, maar voor ontbijt moet je zelfs zorgen. Voor ons was dit een prima verblijf. Heel comfortabel. Wel tamelijk ver verwijderd van het centrum van Ottawa. Ca. 30 minuten wandelen van de belangrijkste winkelstraat van Ottawa. Er is wel een bushalte vlakbij.'

'Hotel looks great and is at a fantastic location. Bed is very good. Room is big. Cleanses is good. Extremely slow WiFi which is in usable for work. You can buy a faster connection for $10 per day which is not of this time. Shower although it looks fantastic is bad. No water pressure, had to wait at least 10 minutes for the shower to get warm. Did give the reception a notification with no result. Staff depending on who you helped. Overall ok but with some bad exceptions. One day I had to...

'The hotel just recently renovated...everything is pretty new. I like the beds, I slept like a baby during night. The price is unbeatable, I'll visit again for sure.'
