'We loved the place! Very comfy and easy to get to with the owners great directions. 15 min down the mountain to all shopping and food and things, another 10-15 into pigeon forge. Pretty easy to find things to do. Would definitely stay again! Pool was great, two hot tubs, very well kept! '

'Loved the location of the condo. We were able to walk to places we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again. I have only one complaint but there is anything you could do about it. We were unable to enjoy our balcony in the evening when the sun went down. The guests in the condo below us were out on their balcony smoking every evening. We are non- smokers and cant stand the smell of it. We just stayed inside our room.'

'The condo is perfectly situated at the park end of the Gatlinburg strip. We walked over and ate at Smoky Mountain Brewery (our longtime favorite), Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, and Cumberland Jack’s LeConte Kitchen and then spent some time people watching. We were just a short drive away from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the GSM park. The property was clean and updated. It was cozy but there was room for the three of us. '

'Charles was great to communicate with before and during the stay. Our battery in the door lock went dead but it was quickly remedied All three bedroom and bathrooms were as described. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. We cooked breakfast and one meal. Walking distance to the center of town. We would definitely return. '

'Condo was very cozy, very clean and the AC worked great! We loved the location we were in, so close to everywhere we wanted to go, only time we had to drive was when we wanted to go into Pigeon Forge to a couple of places which was the only time we left Gatlinburg. Overall was a great place and would definitely stay there again! '

'This condo was so clean! The beds were comfortable ( bedroom and pull out sofa). Was perfect for our 3 day stay. Nice walking distance to strip and also quiet. Pools were clean. It was perfect for us. Would for sure stay again if staying in this area. Thanks! '

'The location cannot be beat! Walkable to everything in Downtown Gatlinburg which made it so we almost never had to drive. Scott was incredibly responsive, even shipping us a full size air mattress at our request, same day, to accommodate my older son. The unit has laundry facility, 2 pools (one heated indoor that my younger son loved), enough of a kitchen to prepare light breakfast or lunch in unit so you don't have to eat out every meal. If you want to be close to the action in the downtown...

'The condo was very nice! Super nice master bedroom with deck access. Both bathrooms have great walk in custom showers. The deck was a great experience. A experience. We saw several bears as well. The drive up and down the mountain took some getting used to but was not too bad.'

'My 16 year old son and I had a wonderful stay. Had everything you could ask for. Peace and quiet but yet minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and parks to hike. The cabin is cozy and very charming. '
