Note about taxes: the following taxes are charged on all vacation rentals in Gatlinburg: 7% Tennessee State General Sales and Use Tax, 2.75% Sevier County General Sales and Use Tax, 3% Sevier County Lodging Tax. Totaling 12.75% tax.

We can not guarantee the amenities or pools are open or heated at any given time. The HOA does a great job at keeping everything in good shape, but there are no guarantees, as with any location. If a guest breaks something in our home before your arrival, we cannot guarantee the replacement will arrive before your check-in. We do our best to order replacement items right away so all guests get to have the best experience.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★
The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate.
We recommend that you download an "offline map" in your Maps app on your phone. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage. ***CELL COVERAGE IS SPOTTY ON THE DRIVE HERE BECAUSE OF THE MOUNTAINS***

To do this, it's easy:

1. Open the Maps app and log in.

2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out so that the map you see contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between.

3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., select "Download Offline Map > Download."
On Android: Tap the name, select Download, click Download
