Sweet Surrender #165 is conveniently located right off Ski Mountain Road in the Chalet Village community of Gatlinburg. The condo is located on the main level of the complex so no stairs are needed.
This is a one bedroom (king), one bath decorated condo with a queen sleeper sofa which will accommodate 4. This lovely unit is the perfect getaway for a couple or family as it has an indoor jacuzzi for a peaceful relaxing evening after a busy day in the Smokies. Enjoy the robust sound of the waterfall as you relax at the pool , overlooking the mountain stream .
Kitchen is fully furnished. There is a starter package of paper products & soap. Items provided upon check-in only .
Relax on the balcony with the mountain stream running beneath the building in this unique mountain setting. You get water sounds at the front door from the little waterfall and the back with the peaceful sounds of the stream. Makes you think “a river runs thru it”.

Quiet and Clean
My wife and I just spent the weekend in unit 165 and it was just perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. In all honesty, we only spent probably around 30 hours in the room from Thursday until Sunday. We were out and about the rest of the time. With that being said, it was everything that was described and very good communication with the property manager. We will be back.

Quiet and Cozy
Overall, a great place to stay. Very quiet. Trying to get in with the keypad was slightly frustrating. Use an extremely light touch. Do not try to punch in the numbers. The unit was clean and cozy. Nice view of the creek from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect for the price!
The place was well located maby 2 minutes from the strip and the stream running under the condo really makes it a peaceful experience, the hot tub was great, only downfall was the pull out bed mattress is terribly springy... I would sugest bringing a air bed if you need a second bed and make sure you read the fine print on because they want tell you till you get there and try and pull a few extra $s out of you. But all in all it was a great place to stay.

Very nice getaway
The unit had everything we wanted. Apartment was very nicely laid out. Accommodations were dated but comfortable for the most part. Fireplace was nice and we used the hot tub. View out the patio door was very nice with a stream running right under the deck. A little maintenance would be helpful as the patio door was very sticky and some outlets didn’t work. Overall very nice.

Place was extremely dirty. Black mold in tiles in shower as well as shower curtain. Bathroom floor stain beside tub where floor had been previously wet. Dried, peeling caulk. Filthy carpet throughout. Tile behind stove was greasy dirty. Patio door to balcony was also dirty. Torn wallpaper in bathroom. Not enough room to fit between closet and bed. I have taken many photos which I will gladly share.
