Very nice stay
We really enjoyed this property. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The view was beautiful. It is very high so just be aware of that but that's what makes for the wonderful view!

Amazing!!
The property was amazing. The view was even better. My wife absolutely loved the fact that everything in the kitchen was “her size”. Wish I could have stayed the full two days. But we had to leave the day prior before the weather changed.

Our oldest is a student at UTK and rather than flying her home for a couple days we decided to spend the whole week with her on Tennessee. Great little condo! Our family enjoyed our stay!!

Nice views! Super comfortable beds!
This was a great property. It was very clean and had very comfortable beds (soft). I will say on the weekends there is not enough parking for all of the apartments/chalets. I had to park up by the road and walk down the hill to get to our 3rd floor chalet. This could have been my fault for not researching enough or being thorough. I also didn’t see full description at first and we had someone handicap in a wheel chair, which had to climb 3 flights of stairs any time we left. Also, by the pictures I thought we had our own jacuzzi. Please note this is on the third floor and has a community jacuzzi which is closed after Labor Day. Otherwise it was definitely a great apartment, very clean, and on the top of the mountain!

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Usually parking is not an issue there are 60 units and there are that many spots in front of the condos plus additional parking by the pool area. Yes there are 2 hot tubs at the pool/gameroom area that are community shared, the pool is open seasonal but the hot tubs are open year round 24/7. Philip & Alyson

The big window and the view are awesome!
We had everything we needed! Good layout-the loft is fun. The drive up the mountainside is tricky but we found going through the Nat’l Park side was a little less intense.

Annual Trip
Every Fall my family loves to visit the Great Smoky Mts. We have stayed in cabins, hotels, villas, from Pigeon Forge, to downtown Gatlinburg, to up in the mountains. But we have decided that staying in the mountains, just nothing like the views. The views from your condo were amazing of the mountains and the city view. It’s a short drive into town, and we saw a bear on our drive into town. We love hiking, so we were close to the all that. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I did miss the part that it only had 1 bathroom, and with 5 people was a little skeptical, but we made it work, wasn’t a problem at all. I love that its an older building which gives that old Gatlinburg charm. We actually stayed in the same complex last year but was in a different building. We had an amazing time, and thank you for sharing your place. See ya next Fall!

View from balcony was breathtaking! Was a bit of a challenge getting to the property on our first night there. It was rainy, foggy and dark. The drive up the mountain was nerve wracking to say the least! The switchbacks, inclines, curves and turns were difficult in poor conditions. I have a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and my tires had difficulty getting traction on a couple turns! But once we arrived, it was a lovely location! The condo itself was clean and comfortably appointed. My only “complaint” was that the shower didn’t work. Both my niece and sister tried to engage the shower, and had no luck. I just chose to take baths and wash my hair in the tub! Not a big deal, but just thought it worth mentioning.

We loved every second! I do have to say that we were a little nervous about the drive up to the top! We weren’t anticipating how steep the roads actually were and we arrived later than expected and in the dark. We are from Wisconsin so bears aren’t out of the norm for us BUT as we giggled at the “Bear Aware” signs upon our arrival, we actually got to see a bear checking out the (locked) dumpster!! The kids thought it was the coolest thing and looked forward to their (daily) bear sightings! The condo itself was super clean and well organized. It was comfortable and everything we could ask for. The pool and hot tubs were also perfect and our kids always started and ended the day with a swim. We loved being close enough to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains to do all the fun things but to be away from the craziness too. The views are one of a kind and worth the drive to the top. Would definitely recommend and already have!

Simply wonderful!
Beautiful clean location. Enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony. My husband, son, and I really loved the hot tub and the pool. We were happy to see a bear, and were greeted by a bunny every morning in the back yard. Lovely trip all around. Saved this location for a the next time we come.

Wonderful little getaway!
Very clean, exactly as advertised! Be careful on the roads to get there! Some were scary, to be honest, but the condo is worth the ride! The views are stunning! Always seemed to be a cool refreshing breeze up there! First time using Vrbo and renting a condo and it was exactly what I hoped! Easy check-in and check-out processes. Thank you!

My family and I had a great stay, it was just the right size for the 5 of us. Housekeeping does a fantastic job, everything in the unit was spotless- far beyond my expectations. The views were excellent and we were so happy to see a bear and her cubs on our way down the mountain one day!

This was great place for our family of four for a quick get away. The condo is cozy and clean and Alyson and Philip were quick to respond when we had a question. What a beautiful peaceful place! The property was clean and comfortable and had an amazing view. The kitchen was well-supplied with nice cooking and dining necessities. The location had easy access to the town of Gatlinburg, but was far enough removed to be quiet and private. Also easy access to hiking trails. We loved it!

Overall, nice and clean place. Wished there was a Keurig though. Great view! My son liked seeing the city lights at night and likes having his own space in the loft area. Beds could have been a little better, but I tend to say that of most places I've stayed to be fair.

Perfect breathtaking view
The Condo is the perfect size for 3 people and had everything we needed. The best part is the amazing view with the cute little back porch. Two can even sit and have breakfast on the porch. First time in the Smokey mountains. Our plan was to enjoy the mountains and do some hiking. This location (in the mountains away from Gatlinburg) was perfect! So peaceful and gorgeous views!

The views were fantastic! There was ample parking which was nice too. The condo was extremely clean, appliances and utensils and cook ware was clean and in great shape too. Very happy with this unit and would stay here again without a second thought. The drive up there is interesting (also my first time doing any mountain driving) but absolutely worth it.
