Dit appartementencomplex biedt alle comfort voor een ontspannen bezoek aan de Smokies. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. De grote meester bad heeft een stap-in douche en een grote jacuzzi. De voorste slaapkamer heeft twee queen bedden, met een aangrenzende complete badkamer met een douche / bad combinatie. De ruime bovenverdieping slaapkamer op de vliering, de Fox Den, heeft een Queen bed met een aangrenzende complete badkamer met een douche / bad combinatie. Vier televisies zijn opgenomen, een in de woonkamer en een ieder in de drie slaapkamers. Onze volledig uitgeruste keuken heeft glaswerk, pannen, borden, bestek en keukengerei en full size apparaten, waaronder een vaatwasser en magnetron. De wasruimte heeft een wasmachine en droger. Alle beddengoed zijn ingericht, en we bieden voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid.

It was great...nice walk downtown, close to some places to eat and a small store, and quiet. Easy parking and a little fishing.

The condo is close to the parkway which made it very convenient to get to the things we wanted to do while in Gatlinburg. This was my first time staying at Park Place, but my wife and family have stayed there previously and now I know why they enjoy it so much. Enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony was one of my favorite things. We even saw a bear.

Reviewer Comments: We stay here every year for so many reasons, first the people working at the desk have been there for years and are super nice, it is clean, way more for your money, 3 bedrooms have upstairs downstairs love it, great view of the stream and listening to it at night, pool is kept clean along with the jacuzzi, have seen bears walking down the creek, can walk to parkway without having to loose your breathe along the way, Trolley stop is there also, great location, has everything you need in the condo, can even request more towels if needed, big balcony, sometimes will offer free show tickets, after having night fun with moonshine tasting no worries of having to drive home in the dark up a mountain, can walk or need be take a uber. Just great on every level.

Great place but...

We’ve stayed in these condos since the early 90’s. Great location, and property is clean. However this place could use a remodel. Leather sectional is uncomfortable, coming apart and stained. All the beds need to be updated the mattress are saggy and uncomfortable. Pillows are flat. I really love this place but it just needs to be updated. Also the green carpet 🤦🏼‍♀️

Close to the parkway Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. They were doing updates while we were there on the balconies and it was messy outside. The pool was good enough but we were disappointed in the condition of the hot tub. It was in need of repair.
