Geniet van een verblijf in dit vernieuwde en prachtig ingerichte, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, appartement in de buurt van Downtown Gatlinburg. 8 tot 11 minuten lopen naar de hoofdstrook. 2 tot 3 minuten naar een trolleystop. Een smaakvol ingericht modern appartement met gratis parkeergelegenheid op het terrein. Wij zijn gelegen op ongeveer 1/2 mijl naar de belangrijkste strook van Gatlinburg en slechts een paar honderd meter naar een dichtstbijzijnde rode lijn trolley stop. Je kunt je auto parkeren, naar het centrum lopen of op een trolley springen om Gatlinburg te verkennen. Trolleytarieven zijn betaalbaar, onbeperkte ritten zijn de hele dag beschikbaar, u kunt meer informatie vinden door te zoeken naar Gatlinburg-trolley.

Our host was prompt and very informative with all the details pertaining to our stay. The space was exactly as described and perfect for a week long trip with my family. Easy walk to gatlinburg! We were also surprised at the wonderful view of the NYE fireworks from our bedroom & balcony. Will definitely stay again!

Place was nice. Good for the money. Was nervous it was too far out of town but it was great! Was a brisk walk but was not a hard walk. We did see bear but that’s normal this time of year! Would rent again. Owners were very nice and quick to respond to our questions.

The condo was very clean. It was located very close to downtown Gatlinburg. We had a very nice stay with our family. Our host responded very quickly and gave us very detailed information. We even had the excitement of a few sightings of bears on property!

The place had a moldy order and the house keeper used way too much air freshener where we had massive headaches during our stay. There is no storage for food. There was paint cans where the food goes. There was a toilet brush under the sink. There is water leak stains on the bathroom ceiling. They painted the walls and have un matching paint on the patch work. Looks like someone was in a hurry. The back patio deck has mold all over the floor and under the rug. The stove vent don’t work so the male of cooked lingered. I told the home owner and she seemed unphased. I do not recommend this place

Dampness in the air. Each room had a funky smell. Had to go around and unplug the plug-ins that was hiding the smell. Definitely not a 6-8 min walk to downtown. Although it was close. We still had to drive and pay for parking.

Enjoyed our stay! Clean, spacious, great location. Just a few items could be improved:-stove wasn't in great shape, one burner didnt work, neither did the exhaust fan-the front door didn't lock properly unless we held it closed for 15 seconds. Left on its own, the lock wouldn't latch and it would continously try to lock itself. -kitchen sink and shower drainage wasn't greatThanks for a great time!

Sufficient size with reasonable furnishings.

For four adults this property was acceptably sized & equipped. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom facilities were nice. The living area furnishings were adequate. Overall, a nice stay at a reasonable price. Very quick & accurate communications from the owner. Plenty of parking. But one party’s car was destroyed overnight by a bear. So make sure not to leave anything that will attract them in your vehicle. Follow the warning signs because you’ve chosen to stay in bear country.

Smoky Mountain Stay

The condo was conveniently located to the entrance of the Smoky Mountains National Park. It was clean and safe. We did see bear in the back woods on two occasions from the safety of the 4th floor balcony. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well stocked if we wanted to cook. We had a very nice stay in the condo.

Amazing spot close to it all.

I stayed here while on a road trip with my dad. This spot is such a perfect location. It’s really close to all the main attractions in town, but also boarders the wood to give you that sense of where you are. The apartment was clean and directions were super clear from our host. We even lucked out and got to see a black bear with her cubs from the balcony by the front door. I would absolutely stay here again!
