Relax nella natura

Il posto è davvero bellissimo, dista poco dal paese ma allo stesso tempo ti senti immerso nella natura. L'appartamento era luminoso, pulito e c'era davvero tutto il necessario, molto comoda la posizione vicino alla piscina grande. Ci sono tantissimi servizi a disposizione, abbiamo adorato la palestra nel bosco e la spa panoramica. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a provare tutto dato il poco tempo, sicuramente torneremo con più calma per goderci appieno il soggiorno. Super consigliato!

VACANCES AU PARADIS

Nous venons pour la deuxième fois à la "Casa Conti di Sotto" et, comme la dernière fois, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans un cadre idyllique ! Un vrai havre de paix. Il y en a pour tous les goûts : des jeux pour les enfants, la piscine, le jacuzzi et des petits recoins pour se reposer dans la nature. L'accueil est très chaleureux et on se sent comme chez soi. Nous avons déjà réservé pour l'été prochain !

Ein Traumurlaub

Wir waren in diesem Jahr mit unseren drei Kindern zum 3. Mal in Casa Conti di Sotto und wir waren wieder total begeistert. Die traumhafte Anlage ist super ausgestattet und bietet sowohl für die Kinder als auch für die Erwachsenen enorm viel: Pools, Whirlpool, viele Bereiche mit Liegestühlen und Hängematten, wo man sich entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen kann, Fitnessstudio mit Klimaanlage, Kneipanlage und viel Platz zum Toben und Spielen. Die Strände in der Nähe sind zauberhaft und die Städte und Dörfer so wie man sie sich in der Toskana vorstellt. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen sicher immer wieder!!!

Tolle Anlage - zum dritten Mal

Wir - fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern zwischen 7 und 15 Jahren - waren in diesem Jahr zum 3. Mal im Casa Conti di Sotto. Das spricht wohl für sich: Tolle und liebevoll gepflegte Anlage sowie sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wenn das eigene "Italienisch" nicht ausreicht, kann ja Siri helfen. Wir wohnten in der Villa Sugherella - geht zu fünft - im Sommer, wenn man sich sowieso draußen aufhält. Da kein Autoverkehr herrscht, können auch die Jüngsten überall herumrennen, ohne dass man sich sorgen muss. Gavorrano ist zu Fuß zu erreichen (20-30 min) - in der Umgebung sind touristische, wie auch einsame Plätze in 10-20 min zu erreichen - für jeden etwas dabei. Lucca und Siena in Reichweite - ebenso wie Monte Argentario und Giglio (Tauchtipp).

Typisch Toskana

Unser Urlaub auf Casa Conti di Sotto, einem Gutshof mit toskanischem Flair, hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir sind begeistert von der gepflegten wunder- schönen Anlage mit den zwei tollen Pools und nicht zuletzt von „unserer“ Villa la Sugherella und der Freundlichkeit Ihrer Verwalter. Und bei unseren Ausflügen konnten wir die Schönheit und Vielfalt des Landes und Meeres sowie köstliche Speisen und guten Wein genießen. Kurz und gut, wir haben uns in die Toskana „verliebt“. Wir würden liebend gerne wiederkommen!

Un posto BELLISSIMMO!!!!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato in questo agriturismo nel ponte del 25 aprile del 2013.Percorrendo la strada per raggiungere il “NOSTRO PARADISO” si incontrano diverse aziende vitivinicole sparse in questo tratto di strada e in mente ho già delle tappe da fare. Giunti a destinazione , ci ritroviamo in un paesaggio immerso nella natura, dipinta di colori e accompagnata dal silenzio che lo circonda . Parcheggiata la macchina la proprietaria ci riceve molto cordialmente assieme a dei suoi collaboratori molto gentili che ci accompagnano al nostro appartamento. Lo troviamo molto pulito e spazioso completo di tutto tv,aria condizionata ,wc completo di ogni attrezzatura .I primi 3 giorni ce li siamo goduti all’interno della struttura ben attrezzata con 2 piscine di cui una al chiuso con idromassaggio , angolo relax con la sorgente e percorso xheipp con acqua calda e fredda , efficace per la circolazione delle gambe… e che dire del barbeque???Con una bella fiorentina e un calice di vino non c’è da chiedere di più!!!! I restanti giorni abbiamo visitato le spiagge di Follonica , Punta Ala e Castiglione della Pescaia raggiunte rispettivamente a non più di 15 minuti di auto…meravigliosa la riserva naturale di Cala violina , sembra di essere nel set del film di Di Caprio in “The Beach”…SPETTACOLARE!!!!! Sabbia bianca finissima e mare cristallino.L’anno prossimo????Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Schöne Anlage - Unterkunft ist nicht ideal

Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön, sehr viele Rückzugsorte, allerdings haben wir außer Hühnern und einer Katze keine Tiere gesehen. Wir sind eine Familie mit einem Kind 12 Jahre und dafür ist die Villa Mimosa nicht unbedingt geeignet - es gibt aber noch deutlich größere und schönere Häuser, die zu der Anlage gehören.... Nur war alles in unserem Reisezeitraum ausgebucht - aber für 5 Personen ist die Villa Mimosa wirklich nicht geeignet - da selbst der Platz für das 3. ausklappbare Notbett fehlt . Die Küche ist mehr als spartanisch ausgestattet , kein Topf hatte einen Deckel, an Steckdosen mangelt es , sodass man immer Toaster und Kaffeemaschine umhertragen muß... Der Pool ist sehr schön - aber sehr kalt(18°C), da unbeheizt - im Oktober für Erwachsene nicht sehr einladend. Ansonsten sind die Wohnungen eher recht dunkel, ohne Lampenlicht kaum bewohnbar, also typisch für die Toskana. Das Personal spricht kaum englisch - trotzdem sehr nett, auf Anworten oder Infos braucht man nicht zu hoffen, wenn man der italienischen Sprache nicht mächtig ist. Die Anlage ist eher für die wärmere Jahreszeit zu empfehlen.

Sehr schön für Familien mit Kindern

Die gesamte Anlage "Casa Conti die Sotto" ist sehr für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Es gibt 3 Pools in unterschiedlichen Größen, 2 Spielplätze und Tiere. Die Kindern können nicht weg, da das ganze Areal eingezäunt ist. Die Häuser sind zweckmäßig uns süss. Das Personal spricht schlecht englisch ist aber sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Von Gavorrano aus hat meine einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und Fahrten an diverse Strände. Zum einkaufen und Essen gehen muss man allerdings immer das Auto bewegen, aber uns hat das nichts ausgemacht.

We fell in love with Tuscany

I should say that we travelled a lot in Italy before. But it was either business trips or visiting touristic centers with crowds of tourists, noise, crush, traffic jams and all those things that are so typical for big cities and that we are so seek and tired of! And once our business partner, whose family is from Tuscany, told us that if we want to learn Italy as it is, we should go to Tuscany, as Italy starts from Tuscany! And we decided to go and found via internet absolutely charming place in Gavorrano, Grosseto province – Casa Conti di Sotto. We chose Villa Mimosa, as it seemed to us to be very typical ancient Tuscany architecture. Though Casa is very close to Gavorrano, it is so well hidden in the hills that it is not so very easy to find it for the first time, and only thanks to our landlady Mrs. Laura (lady with excellent housekeeping skills) and her assistant, who met us at the station, we reached our apartments without additional surprises. Due to Casa location, it is very calm and quiet. The surroundings are very picturesque – all hills are covered with forests. The apartments on the territory of the casa is of ancient Tuscany architecture, but it doesn’t prevent you to feel absolutely comfortable there, as all the apartments are upgraded and we had well equipped kitchen with dishwashing machine, wonderful bathroom with all the facilities. And all these modern things are so organically fit into old architecture that we did not feel any discord. There are 2 pools on the territory – one, the smaller, is for children, the other one is for adults. The territory is very big and in case you want to stay in Casa for the whole day – it will not be a boring experience. Casa location makes you come there by car. We spent there 10 wonderful days, travelled a lot, visited many small Tuscany towns, restaurants, tasted Tuscany cuisine and delicious wine and got a delightful feeling that we’ve found soul of sunny Tuscany! Villa Mimosa

We arrived by rental car (highly recommended) and found the Casa directly thanks to getting a visual from Google beforehand & seeing the small brown & yellow signs that lead us up the unpaved forest road. We honked at the gate on the left & were greeted immediately. The staff speak limited English, but are very friendly and hard working. Our villa was very comfortable for 2 or 3, but less so for more. Our friend stayed in Ginestra which is better if you have 4 or 5 people. We stayed for 2 weeks and found that was just enough time to tour the region some days (we loved the Island of Elba, and the towns of Massa Maritima and Roccatederighi best). Other days we lounged by the pool, often enjoying having it all to ourselves. The hillside town of Gavorrano is a lovely walk about 30 min. away for coffee, basic shopping needs and a gourmet restaurant. A 10 min. drive down the hill you'll find Bagno di Gavorrano where you can get internet access for 1 euro (15 min.) at the telephone shop, plus gas and all the groceries you'll need. The wine is great and cheaper than water! Laura recommended we dine at Osteria Vecchia and it was excellent dining! Some in our party took a day trip to Rome on the train from Grosseto with no trouble, and we found that small city has a very interesting old walled city within it which now houses a shopping mall. It's tricky navigating in Grosseto, so bring the map along (you'll find it in the phonebook). Would we go back - yes indeed!
