'Pros: Super close to Boyne and Boyne City Spacious with two living areas Loved the assortment of games Large kitchen table Nice fireplace Kitchen appliances worked well, enough plates, etc. Rooms were warm, except bunk bed room Plenty of towels Cons: bathroom needs to be renovated (paint peeling off vanity, yellow stains on floor tile, very old shower) Some of the beds were uncomfortable with thin mattresses With a little work, this house would be great.'

'This little house is so cute & has eveything you need. Grocery, laundromat, water, restaurants, coffee shops….everything is just a short walk away! We worked from here & the wifi & home made it easy & convenient. You can see Lake Charlevoix from the family room window & that’s where we enjoyed our morning coffee & evening wine. 'Lovely property in an ideal setting. Stunning sunsets and the wind rustling through the trees was so peaceful. The property was, in the words of college bound teens, “sooo cozy and charming”. 'Very private, quiet and peaceful location. It rained most of our stay, but the lake and leaves were so pretty. We had games, puzzles and lots of channels on the rain days. The manager was very friendly and even left us a little gift when we arrived. We really did have everything thing we needed except for food. Thanks for a wonderful visit.'

The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing our meals when we didn't go to Gaylord for supper. It was a nice comfortable place to relax at after we spent the day cross country skiing and hiking. 'Our group of 10 adults, and a four kids had lots of space indoors and out. The property has a huge back yard, and feels private, even though it's an association neighborhood. Some of the bedrooms are more private than others - the shortest way to an upstairs bathroom was through one of the bedrooms - but there were two staircases to move through the house, so it worked for us.
