Welcome to Beachcombers Retreat, a dog-friendly modern rustic getaway tucked into the secluded coastal village of Gearhart. Known for it's wide, uncrowded shorelines, majestic herds of Roosevelt elk, and its historic connection to golf. Located just three miles north of the bustling tourist center of Seaside, Gearhart stands apart for its quiet charm and wide, bike-friendly streets and bonus - not a single traffic light.

Located on the quieter south end of town not far from Little Beach, our home is designed for comfort, connection, and a true Pacific Northwest experience. It offers the perfect balance of cozy character and functional space for families and small groups.

Step inside to a bright and welcoming great room where the living, dining, and kitchen spaces come together under vaulted ceilings with warm wood floors and abundant natural light. The living area invites you to settle in with a colorful sectional centered around a beautiful stone hearth fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings after a day at the coast. Large window seats create the ideal nook for reading, relaxing, or simply taking in the serene natural surroundings. Whether you're watching a movie, playing games, or enjoying quiet conversation, this central space is designed for gathering.

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. A dishwasher keeps cleanup simple, while the open layout allows everyone to stay connected while cooking and dining. The adjacent dining area features a rustic chandelier and seating for eight, along with additional bar seating at the kitchen counter—perfect for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening game nights.

Beachcombers Retreat comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across three well-appointed bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. On the first level, a queen bedroom offers direct access to the fully fenced backyard. Nearby, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo adds convenience. A second downstairs bedroom is ideal for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements, featuring a twin bunk bed, two additional twin beds, and a cozy nook with a double futon and sliding glass door access to the outside.

Upstairs, the private primary suite provides a retreat with a queen bed, a comfortable sitting area, and a full en suite bathroom complete with dual sinks and a standalone shower. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh coastal air and a quiet moment to yourself.

Additional amenities include WiFi, a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay seamless and comfortable. Outside, the fenced backyard offers a spacious and secure area for your dog to enjoy, along with a deck, charcoal grill, and a classic outdoor firepit—perfect for evenings spent under the stars roasting s’mores and sharing stories.

The location is ideal for those looking to experience the natural beauty of the Oregon Coast. Just a block and a half away, you’ll find easy access to a wide, stretch of beach perfect for long walks, kite flying, beach combing, the occasional whale spouting or simply watching the waves roll in. A short stroll brings you to scenic viewpoints like Del Rey Beach and nearby coastal landmarks such as Cockcroft Sanddollar Point, where sunsets over the Pacific create unforgettable moments.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate being just minutes from Gearhart Golf Links, one of the oldest courses in the country, offering a classic links-style experience with beautiful coastal views.
