'Older home but extremely roomy for our family of 8 (grandparents, parents and kids ages 1-11.) Musty smell upon arrival but opening all the windows upon arrival helped clear that out. Short walk to the sandy beach. The painted rock beach was a big hit with our kids (don’t forget to bring paints and brushes to add your own contributions!). About a 1.5 walk to Seaside shopping and restaurant area, including a small aquarium where kids fed the seals. Lots of Lewis & Clark history in the area. ...

'This is a great place to stay while exploring Cannon Beach and further afield..The bed here is so comfortable and if you are into cooking at home that’s also a option in a well equipped kitchen..It’s chilly in December up on the North Coast of Oregon but this cottage can be warmed up to your heart’s content..Shopping and Dining are just down the street..I didn’t have any luck getting the fireplace to work but I really only wanted the aesthetic value of a fire..Other than that the sofa and lazy...
