The Robinson - Host on the Coast

PARKING/ GARAGE: Free parking on the street and 1x space in the driveway. 1x space in the garage for parking, you will need to activate the garage remote button to open. This property is situated on the curve of the street, with space for street parking out front and the side.

ENTRY: Entry is gained via a lockbox on site; guests will be provided their code 24 hours before check in. Host will be available to assist if guests have any trouble or questions.

WIFI: Complimentary wi-fi is available at the property, login information will be provided in your check in instructions and welcome book.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic condiments provided (Spices, oil, salt, pepper, sauces) Coffee, Tea, sugar provided.

DINING: A dining table is located off the kitchen, seating 6 guests. An additional 3 dining spots are located at the kitchen bench.

LOUNGE: The lounge suite will comfortably seat 4x guests with large wall mounted smart TV. Various apps available, guests will need to log into their own accounts excluding Netflix, which is complimentary.

ADDITONAL LUVING ROOM: An additional sitting room with couch. No TV.

OUTDOOR: Please note this property is undergoing landscaping currently, the outdoor patio and yard consist of concrete and dirt but will be updated in the coming week.

PETS: Pets are welcome at this property! We ask that pets are picked up after, guests provide their own pet toys, food and bed. Please do not allow pets to sit on the couch or sleep in the beds. A pet fee will apply.

BEDROOM/ BATHROOM CONFIGURATION:
Please note all towels (Pool towels included), bathmats, and bed linen are provided. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided.

Bedroom 1 Master - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Connecting private ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, blinds.
ENSUITE: Shower, toilet and single basin. Hair dryer provided.

Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) With wardrobe and blinds.

Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) With wardrobe and blinds.

Bedroom 4 - Bunk. Double on bottom, single on top (Sleeps 3)

Main Bathroom - Shower, bath, single basin.

Powder room - Toilet, single basin.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine in Laundry. Washing powder, drying rack, pegs. No dryer.

MISC: Strictly No Smoking, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks. Please respect quiet times, parking guides and house rules. Cameras located on the exterior of the property on the front and side.
