Thanks for your comments. Yes, agree, the car park was designed back in the day of cars, not larger SUV's. We always meet and guide guests through the car park. Larger cars can manoeuvre through the tight ramps as there is always space for reversing. Unfortunately the design can not be changed. Cheers

Yes, we are lucky with the apartment complex being within walking distance of the waterfront facilities etc. Very easy to get around, and safe. Some of the car parking is difficult to negotiate, but I am always mindful of this and guide drivers through. Cheers.

Also the check in was time happened to be when 2 other apartments had arrived at the same time, so difficult to answer your call at the time. Apologies.
