From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway.'

'We had a great time at the house: enjoyed the large pool and travelling to Rome was ideal. House is big, with a basement with football table, 3 bed rooms and very clean. Large green property with barbecue and outside seating within olive and fruit trees. We enjoyed our stay very much.'

Restaurants and supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes drive, and the train station at Colleferro (about 15 minutes drive) provides a train service into the centre of Rome. 'Fantastic grounds, facilities and pool area. Great staff to help us during the stay. Drawbacks, airconditioning needed at least in the bedrooms. There was a mosquito problem due to stagnant water in fountains about the property.'

'A beautiful house in a great location. Due to the higher elevation there is a pleasant climate, it does not get as hot as in the surrounding area. The house is well equipped. We assumed when booking that it is a four bedroom house, however, it is two separate units (a duplex) with two bedrooms each. Since our children are younger, we all stayed in one house, which was also sufficient space-wise for the five of us. The garden is just wonderful. 'We had a really lovely time staying in this very expansive villa. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by us on a daily basis. Being near Rome allowed us to site see the capital a few times. Being so close to Ciampino and its shopping facilities was also a big plus. Donatella was a fantastic host, alwasy responding promptly to our queries.'

La piscine est un plus qui se complète avec les journées de repos Routes et chemins de montagnes, cela peut surprendre , il faut être à l’aise avec cette conduite surtout le soir … mais les petits villages qui les surplombent sont authentiques et magnifiques . La situation de la maison, permet de découvrir les sites les plus proches à découvrir Rome , Tivoli et nous sommes allés jusqu’à Pompéi ! Incroyable ! Souvenirs gravés à jamais ,...

'Het huis is prachtig, het zwembad is fraai maar het is niet geschikt voor personen met een rolstoel. De omgeving (Sezze, Latina, Rome en Napels) is prachtig. Jammer is het continue geblaf van erg veel honden.'

Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. 'The house is one-of-a-kind and very special. Extremely roomy and lovely, but it does need a lot of love. As the interior is quite outdated, it is not the cleanest of places. But we loved our stay, as we could enjoy the outdoors, large kitchen, many rooms and unique personality. Our hosts was very responsive and helpful.'
