It has a nice parking spot and easy directions. House is great for those who want to enjoy the downtown night life as there was music in close proximity that was loud and went late into the night. 'Cottage is perfect location for walking to the GOTL strip. Owners made great use of a small space. Owner was very responsive to my many questions and even came over late in the evening to help with the heater. We were in town during the off season for the Halloween pub crawl so town was not very busy. I think this place would be ideal for a summer visit when everything is open.
