Design apartment in the heart of Genoa, in a quiet residential area.



The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a hallway with four cinema-style chairs. The open plan living area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a cabinet with TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a peninsula, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. This room also has access to the balcony. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom and one with two single beds and desk. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Genoa, well-known port city and capital of Liguria region, is historically known for its important role in maritime trade over the past centuries.
