Description of the apartment and area

Elegant flat located in a historical building in the centre of Genoa.
Furnished with attention to detail, it is the perfect refuge for every type of tourist.
Its strategic position allows you to have a few minutes every tourist place.
A few meters away we find the sea and the famous "Aquarium of Genoa", the railway station "Principe", and "Via XX Settembre" (a shopping street).
Below the house there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops of all kinds.

The building is very bright and has been designed with attention to details to make the guest feel pampered all round. It is located on the 5th floor with elevator and concierge.

There is a room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, for a total of 4 beds.
Each bed includes sheets and everything you need for the night, while the bedroom wardrobe can accommodate suitcases and personal belongings.
The bathroom is very spacious and is equipped with:
- A very spacious shower cabin
- Complete sanitary ware
- Hair dryer
- “Welcome Kit” with bath foam
- Towels.

The kitchen is complete with:
- Sink
- Fridge
- Gas cookers
- Microwave
- “Nespresso” coffee machine
- Kettle.
There are also coffee capsules and tea in sachets, to welcome tired customers from the trip.

The room is equipped with a 43”ULTRA HD TV with Netflix.
There is also Wi-Fi with Fastweb's ultra-fast fiber optic connection.

The flat is located in the most central and touristic area of the city. The historic center of Genoa with its famous alleys is the largest in Europe, and preserves the history of Genoa with every building and tourist place. You will be exactly within the Ligurian tourism, having a few meters shops of all kinds, the Aquarium of Genoa, the main shopping streets and unique historical pieces such as the house of Christopher Columbus, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo etc….

GETTING AROUND
Being in the center, everything is extremely comfortable:
- A few minutes away is the main railway station “Genova Principe”.
- Under the house there are several BUS lines to go anywhere in the city.
- The UNDERGROUND is a 5-minute walk away.
- The airport is 15 minutes away by car.
- Parking is available for a fee at 100 metres.
- 10 minutes by car (or 20 minutes by BUS) there are free beaches.
- About an hour by motorway you reach the "5 Terre" (Ligurian tourist place of world interest).
