Bright Apartment in Genoa Near the Beach

A bright and cozy 91-square-meter apartment on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator (there are a few steps leading to the building’s entrance). The building is located in a residential area with all major amenities, just a few minutes’ walk from one of Genoa’s public beaches. The historic center can be reached by bus or car in about 30 minutes.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and two small balconies.

The layout of the apartment is as follows:

-LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), sofa, dining table, TV;

-BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, nightstands, and a walk-in closet;

-BEDROOM 2 with bunk beds (2 single beds), closet, and desk;

-BEDROOM 3 with bunk beds (two single beds), closet, and desk;

-BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine;

- 2 SMALL BALCONIES (accessible from the living room, bedroom 1, and bedroom 3).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, 3 fans, central heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron, clothesline, hair dryer, folding crib, and high chair for children.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C

The apartment is located just a 4-minute walk from one of Genoa’s public beaches, in an area with all major amenities. The city center is easily accessible by public transportation (by bus, metro, or train). Once you reach the city center, you can visit all the city’s main attractions comfortably on foot.



To reach Genoa’s historic center by public transportation, you can:

- take Line 15 to the Buenos Aires 2/LAMBRUSCHINI stop (a 4-minute walk from the apartment), then transfer to Line 20 and get off at the Zecca/Carmine stop.

- take the train from Genoa Quinto Station to the Brignole stop, then transfer to the metro and get off at the Darsena stop.



Alternatively, you can reach the city center by car in about 28 minutes.



- Pizzeria Quinto: 2-minute walk;

- Carrefour Express (supermarket): 2-minute walk;

- Quinto Municipal Pharmacy: 4-minute walk.
