An opportunity not to be missed!<br><br>The Space<br><br>The 108-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a charming historic building WITHOUT an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities; please note the stairs at the entrance) and is laid out as follows:<br><br><br><br>- Kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric kettle, toaster, moka pot, and kitchen utensils.<br><br>- Living area with a relaxation corner, dining area, and TV.<br><br>- Bedroom 1, furnished with a double bed.<br><br>- Bedroom 2, furnished with 2 single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed).<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: This accommodations are not suitable for children under 12 due to the steep internal stairs.<br><br><br><br>- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.<br><br><br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and clothesline.<br><br><br><br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br><br><br>We’re right in the heart of the historic center; you may hear some noise from the bars and restaurants located below the apartment.<br><br>Guest access<br><br>The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.<br><br>Other things to keep in mind<br><br>Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.<br><br>We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.<br><br>You can find all the information on the official Alloggiati Web website:<br><br><br><br>The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).<br><br>In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.<br><br>In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C<br><br><br><br>Note: Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment<br><br><br><br>CITRA- LIGURIA REGION: 010025-LT-5220<br><br><br><br>Check-in will be self-service.
