'The property was very overpriced for its size and facilities, being one large open room with a separate shower/toilet. We paid over $600 a night midweek in the October school holidays plus cleaning fee. The previous day we stayed in Dunsborough in a comparable B&B with a bonus spa bath for $180 a night.
