'Upon arrival on a Thursday early afternoon, we found the twin room clean with reception informing us our room would be cleaned again on the Saturday. When we returned later that day (Saturday), the sheets were not changed, the rubbish bins not emptied and the bathroom had not been cleaned either. This was reported to reception who apologised but there was no offer to clean the room the following day. Pretty poor on their part. Upon our departure (spent 4 nights there), we were asked by...

'Motel ligt in srt. Industriegebied.

Ontbijt is prima. De kamers zijn super schoon!! Met magnetron en servies. Ook is er een koelkast. De bedden zijn super en de lakens kraakvers. Hele prettige ervaring in totaal!! Kan het zeker aanraden. '

'Great reception staff. Very friendly and welcoming. We forgot and item and they called and ensured we were able to get it. Bed was comfy and bathroom clean Very happy with our stay'

Irwin was very accommodating and nothing was too much to ask. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud and the shower after a rough night in a tent was truly bliss. Plus it’s only a short drive from Balingup and Bridgetown. Beautiful scenery and just so peaceful. We will definitely be back!'

'Very dated accomodation but warm, clean & comfy. A couch in the living room instead of the extra big bed would have been preferable.'

'Excellent location & lovely gardens. Quick walk to the river, near walking paths, and to the Main Street. Hotel is an oasis from the bustle of tourists coming to Margaret River.'

'Location is convenient near to many restaurants and supermarkets. Room is spacious and well maintained.'

'When we arrived to check in it was self serve and we found the instructions to the room a little confusing, while looking for our room, we saw a member of staff who seemed to be irritated by our presence. When we got to our room it was neatly presented and clean. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was quite old and lumpy and you only get one pillow so we found that a little frustrating. The Expedia advertisement said it had a pillow menu but this was very far away from...
