'Cute little place. Large enough of a kitchen to prepare a meal. Central basecamp for adventuring. I was less than an hour in any direction for fun. Most things were only a few minutes away.'

'This cabin is in a great location! We had access to everything we wanted to see during our stay. The description was accurate, but be aware that the ceiling is sloped, as in the pictures. A really tall person might feel cramped, especially in the bathroom, but it did not cause us any problems. There is a little distant road noise from the highway in the mornings and evenings but later in the evening and at night it was very tranquil. 'I had a problem with my credit card booking the property so o had to cancel my initial booking. I rebooked right away and corrected the problem. I figured since I was rebooking with a different credit card that they would refund my initial booking but they did not. They will not respond to my communication attempts. I would not recommend this place.'

'This is the second time in two years that my adult son and I stayed in this exact unit. The two bedrooms with the living room and kitchen gave us ample room. We spent a lot of time in Custer State Park which is easy to access from this location. The unit was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a full size refrigerator with a freezer.'

'Great location. Walking distance to 1880 train and “Down Town” Hill City. WIFI worked well here. Home is spacious. Used 2 of 3 bedrooms. Majority of our time spent in Hill City was exploring, such as Devils Tower, Badlands, Custer State Park, Black Hills OHV roads/trails/Spearfish Canyon/Needles Highway/1880 Train Oktoberfest Express etc. Would stay at this VRBO again.
