The villa is a newly renovated oceanfront retreat located in the private, gated community of February Point in Exuma, Bahamas — just one mile from George Town. This villa offers the rare combination of privacy, comfort, and unbeatable waterfront access.

The recent renovation is now complete and includes a brand-new kitchen, updated bathrooms, new flooring throughout, interior and exterior doors, fresh paint, upgraded railings and pergolas, and more. New oceanfront windows will be installed in Spring 2026, followed by professional photography, video, and drone footage.
