'The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable that was always coffee and the guest area the only bad thing is they didn't have their chemicals balanced in their pool gave a very strong odor of so the pH wasn't right or something but anyway other than that that was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip'

'We enjoyed staying here for 4 nights! Our kids loved the pool and hot tub, as well as the HUGE playground just a block away. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and Georgetown has a lot to offer in addition to the train ride. The restaurant next to the hotel has great pizza and salads! '

'This is such a far cry from the modern production line hotels/motels and it is awesome! It is clean, quiet, comfortable, and very rustic. We were there for the train ride and this fit that theme perfectly.
I would like to have had a coffee maker in the room, but I managed without one. The owners were really cool and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again!'

'My stay in this historic hotel was perfect. Being in this historic hotel and town with all the stories made the stay even better. The owner/proprietor made me feel at home. We had great homemade cookies, muffins, and breakfast burritos. Her knowledge of the hotel history and who had stayed there in the past was incredible. Such as Edison and Tesla as past guests. I plan to stay again whenever I’m in the area. Next time will be a longer stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience.'
