'This hotel is a very nice and ex colonial hotel with vintage history appearance and a delicious breakfast and lovely swimming pool amd very helpful staff. My only minus is that there was no fridge in my hotel room and that the surrounding area around the hotek feels very unsafe at night but i cannot fault the hotel for this. All in all a positive experience.'

'Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De grotere kamer is voor 4 personen wat onhandig. We hadden 2 kamers, beiden met veel kleine mieren. Geen kast can gehad.'

'Onze vakantie op Java is begonnen in Surabaya.
We zijn begonnen in Bumi Surabaya City Resort.
Wat een geweldig personeel hebben ze daar. Zo gastvrij en vriendelijk. Mooie opgeruimde kamers en een heerlijk zwembad.
De mensen van de koffiebar en het restaurant waren zo leuk, lief en gezellig. We hebben daar heerlijk gegeten en koffie gedronken. We hebben met iedereen gelachen en voelde ons meer dan welkom.
We zijn er een week geweest en hebben een perfecte tijd gehad daar. Een echte aanrader...

'Prima hotel en service, uitmuntend ontbijtbuffet(voor indonesische begrippen duur, maar absoluut goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Enige kritische noot is dat de wifi op de kamer het slecht deed tenzij je op de gang ging staan bij de router. oorzaak volgens personeel is dat de wifi het slecht doet op de 20e etage en hoger. Betwijfel of dat ertoe doet.'

I love their extensive and amazing breakfast, try the Soto, and learn about the Indonesian sambals and the desserts. Also in the evening, you can enjoy a delicious dinner here: the Sop buntut, Rawon, and Gulai lamb will send you to seventh heaven. They know I miss their homemade sambal Edan very much.
