'Great location - middle of a lot of interesting things to do. Pleasant staff, concierge are very helpful. Some room issues - but I was moved to another that had a better view. Altogether a good base. With lots of hotel amenities on site'

Because each unit in the hotel is individually owned, there is not much the desk staff can assist with. (SO WHY ARE THEY THERE?) The Wi-Fi was good, nearby shops and the mall helped with sundry items.'
