'I have booked with Accra Luxury Apartments a couple of times now, and one thing I always like about them is their communication. Very responsive and prompt in replying to messages. They offer a complimentary shuttle service from the airport and assist with the check-in process. This last one, I reserved a room for my wife for one night. 'I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. '
