(we're super quiet ppl). Every single morning we were woken up by the neighbours! It sounded like they were standing in our room having a full blown conversation. That was beyond irritating. They left us with no help or support and we had older people who struggled to roam the house in the complete darkness and when we did call them every time someone says that they are on a new shift and did not abiut what happened earlier.
