'J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel début avril avec un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens. L'hôtel est assez moderne et très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon retour à Hanoi !!'

'We had a good stay here. The entrance and the entire decor of the hotel are very fancy and elegant. Initially we had a room on the 10th floor right under the restaurant, where we were woken up by noise at 5 am, so not very pleasant. We asked to get a different room and were given one promptly. The second room was very nice and we could rest well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great.'
