It has three rooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. Full bathroom with bathtub. Fully equipped independent kitchen with induction, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, fryer and complete kitchenware. Cosy living room with Wifi. Building with lift for greater comfort. Individual heating by gas boiler.



Area Services



Located in the Laviada neighbourhood, a few minutes' walk from supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shops. The train station and bus station are about 10 minutes' walk away, and Poniente beach is about 15 minutes away. An ideal area to enjoy Gijón without the need for a car.

Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. The maximum check-in time is 23:00 h. Later entries are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for access to the accommodation after that time. Thank you for your understanding.
