'We traveled with an infant. They helped us carry the stroller up and and the few steps we needed to get to the elevator. It is CDMX after all. The breakfast was included which was such a nice treat. They opened at 7am we went everyday. Everything was delicious. The bathroom and everything was extremely spacious. We cannot wait to go back.'

'Overall we enjoyed our stay at La Campechana, a few notes: pros - location was awesome, we saw a lot of neighborhoods but liked ours the best by far - staff was very friendly and helpful, they left us a bottle of wine because we were having water pressure issues - apartment was clean and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen - continental breakfast included which we didn't know cons - water pressure is not great, it would occasionally be good and i know the staff was doing their best, we did...

'Mooi boutique hotel in hip en knus Condesa. Kamers en lobby voelen als thuis en het lijkt als of het hotel niet in de stad is. De omgeving is makkelijk te voet te ontdekken. Condesa is dé wijk om te verblijven in Mexico!'

'NO ELEVATOR, annoying to climb stairs with big luggage. Location was perfect, bakery and cafe nearby, the best double chocolate vegan cookies, melted in my mouth! Sheets were not very clean, had hair and stains on them. 60% quiet, the walls were pretty thin so people stomping/whooping and hollering in the middle of the night sucked, but I just blasted white noise and was okay. We had a very small amount of toilet paper sadly for 3 people. There was a washing machine but no detergent...

'I was billed twice for this stay. To 2 separate bank accounts. I contacted the property expecting a prompt refund of 1 of the 2 payments, but they disputed them, even after I sent clear photos of both charges in both banking apps. I've begun a dispute with one of the 2 banks, and it'll probably take a month to resolve the double charge. Expedia were unable to assist because this was a "pay at property" stay. Very unimpressed. Will not stay again.'
