'Our room looked the same each day as when we first arrived, it was spotless. Comfortable beds, quality bedding, beautiful decor, a lot of attention went into the details. Location perfect. Condesa is an urban jungle, very calming and family friendly. Close to Parque Mexico, Roma Norte, Anthropology Museum, we walked everywhere. Staff amazing! Friendly and professional. 'Monica and everyone at Casa Ensenada are so welcoming. It is a lovely little hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood. A small but sufficient breakfast is available daily. Room and everywhere was always very clean. But the staff lead by Monica is easily the reason to stay here. Always attentive, helpful and cheerful. Truly felt like they enjoy having you stay with them. '

'Great place to stay in Condesa! Booked through Expedia and did not run into any issues at check-in. They did not require a credit card hold or a rental deposit (despite seeing reviews about this). Staff were very friendly and professional (though not super fluent in English). The area was very safe. You do have to buzz into the main entrance every time, which is a bit annoying. 'If you’re looking for a larger space this place is perfect! While I do agree the water pressure wasn’t great and that it wasn’t as close to amenities as other hotels, but the two separate sitting areas, dinning room, washer/dryer, and kitchen set up, plus private outdoor space made this space worth it.
