'Staff at club 51 bar were very rude and food was horrible but we came in 35 mins before they closed'

'Found a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door when we got there. The hotel kiosk staff was the most helpful part of the entire stay. I think the room was overpriced for what we got for sure. And then on our checkout day, the housekeeper asked if we were checking out at 9:50 when the checkout time was 11. And when we said we had one more bag to grab he looked down at his watch like he was in a hurry so we felt like we better leave by 10, even though we had another hour left still.'

'We stayed 1 hour. We wanted to just hang out and relax but with no chairs and no TV in our room we left. Everything is in the common areas. You have to share everything with all the guests. Our room had a bed, toilet, and a shower. That was it. We stayed 1 hour and decided to drive the 4.5 hours back home'

'Kimberly's property was just a displayed. We had a nice comfortable stay during a snowy stormy period. The drive was cleared each snowfall and we could easily get out. The garage was a huge plus. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to eat in during the stormy weather. We would stay again if the property is available when we visit again. Thanks Kimberly.'
