'We have stayed several times in the UP and this was our favorite property. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we saw several deer walking around and an old sweet black lab that walks around the block. Host is always available and you can communicate with him at any time. The internet is very good for any remote workers or gamers, you will be just fine. 'We were planning on cross country skiing but Mother Nature had other ideas. Lots of hiking near by, 6 min from town, was just the right size for the 4 of us! We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. To the owners may want to add more dish towels or a drainer for under drying rack and a new toaster as you have to unplug it to get the toast to come up.'

'This property is adorable and in a super convenient location. Incredibly well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and linens, nice back yard and deck, and a super coffee bar set up! Pet friendly too which puts it over the top. Excellent communication from the owner and nice personalized touches to make us feel extra welcomed in their home. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Great place to stay. very clean, very comfortable, it checked all the boxes for us. The 4 of us really enjoyed spending time at the kitchen island. Especially liked that Dale welcomed us into the home he grew up in. Will definitely return!'

'Loved our getaway up north. We rented a boat from a resort nearby and spent lots of time enjoying the water. We had one problem the first evening, and the hosts were very responsive and took care of the issue in a timely manner. The upstairs shower needs some attention because the hot and cold water tabs are reversed. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend you give it a try.'

'Great location and views of the lake from the backyard. The screened in porch kept us outside for most of our stay. Very well stocked for first aid and toiletries if you forget something. Great area for UTV/ATV trails and fishing on the lake. Property manager had many ideas for what to do in the area and was easily reachable.'
