'Located on the South Terrace and one of the few hotels with a pool (if I remember correctly). The room was beautiful and very modern. Some of the reception staff were rather unfriendly when we asked for extra towels. We were staying in a room with 3 people and there were always only 2 towels. So we asked 1 more a the reception for the room and 2 for the pool and he told us to use the same one?! Housekeeping was also weird sometimes, I had to write them a note to let them know there were 3...

'It's a relatively new hotel, so it's in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The restaurant food is good quality although we thought breakfast options were a bit limited. There are a few nice restaurants nearby. We had a deluxe king suite and it wasn't large, so I guess the standard rooms are probably smaller. The bathroom design was a bit unusual, being partly open to the main room. Parking is in an old warehouse in the street behind the hotel. This hotel would be ideal...

'This was my third time staying at The Playford Adelaide, and once again, it was an amazing experience. The hotel continues to impress with its beautiful facilities, exceptional service, and the calibre of the buffet breakfast — absolutely outstanding as always! The only area that could use a bit of improvement is the gym. Although it’s been recently renovated and looks great, some of the equipment feels a little outdated.
