'Wonderful bolt-hole b&b. Sharon has gone to great lengths to ensure her guests are comfortable and have all they need. The unit we stayed in was for wheelchair users and it was perfectly designed to make for an easy and comfortable stay. In our case kindly provided additional treats as we arrived late and was too tired to travel for supper. Thoroughly recommend '

The weekend coincided with my milestone birthday, and to my complete surprise, the wonderful team at the Loft, made it all the more special with a birthday message, a box of chockies and some sparkling. 'Sadly turned up to a very cold room took a while to warm up, the restaurant, room service and bar was all closed with being winter (something we don’t experience in the uk) none of which was highlighted on the website. The staff was amazing put us into a better room complimentary bottle of wine so it was what it was but having known we wouldn’t have booked'
