'Etablissement avec très grandes chambres et des lits immenses avec moustiquaires. Le restaurant est également de qualité, avec des petits-déjeuners copieux. Le personnel est disponible et professionnel. La vue est superbe. Le seul point noir : le bruit, vu que l'hôtel est situé à proximité de la route. Il faut très difficile de trouver le sommeil à cause des camions qui circulaient à proximité.'

Furniture is strangely arranged and the lights are cold white. Breakfast is great, and make sure to order the omelette (it is not offered automatically). The location is a gem, next to the beautiful Nyungwe forest, only 20 min drive to the start of most forest hikes. Dinner is a buffet at extra charge.'

'The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel '
