'The room was pretty clean for the most part. The power outlet between the beds that normal people plugged their cell phone into charge was broke and my charger would not stay plugged into it because the outlet was worn out. The swimming pool had towels everywhere because nobody would put their towels in the right place and staff didn’t show up for a while to clean up the area. After breakfast in the morning, the staff that was there cleaning up everywhere did an amazing job cleaning the lobby....

'This hotel was awesome. Location was great. Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal with lots of toppings. Amy is the breakfast lounge was a brite start to the day. She was very friendly and helpful. '

'Great service. Only complaint would be on the pillows. They were too thick and they didn't have other sizes to spare, but hardly an issue and not something I would expect. It definitely will not stop me from returning. We enjoyed our stay!'

'Stayed on a Monday after Easter & loved that there was no one around. The location is great and right across from the lake (even tho it was cold & windy while we were there) We just wanted to chill & the sauna was the perfect answer. There were massages on premises if you wanted. The front desk girl, I'm sad to say, I didn't get her name, but she was delightful & very helpful. She definitely helped make us feel welcome. The suites are spacious & supplies were more than we expected for our stay....

'Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.'
