'This hotel is great! Rooms are clean, towels are big & the heat works well. Everyone is very nice, helpful & professional. The free breakfast is delicious. There is always coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider, cookies & water available in the lobby. There is a small store for snacks & souvenirs. The parking lot was cleared of snow as needed. 'Beautiful Suite room. Very clean and quite. Peaceful surroundings and walkable to restaurants and small shops. Electric Ave decorated for Christmas. Only downside was several shops/coffee shops were closed, probably for winter?'

'Heel mooi hotel, en als je het sofa bed niet nodig hebt, prima! Maar de bedbank is echt het slechtste bed ooit. Daar is niet op te slapen. Bij ons waren ook de dekens voor de slaapbank niet aanwezig. De receptie zou tot 9 uur open zijn, maar daar was om 8.45 al niemand meer. Door te bellen kregen we een antwoord service die melde dat dit geen noodgeval was dus dat ze niets konden doen. Uiteindelijk is toch iemand nog dekens komen brengen, dus dat was wel fijn.
