'We waren in dit hotel met kerstmis 2014. De foto (op basis waarvan we o.a. dit hotel kozen) komt helemaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. De foto toont het drank depot (winkel) het hotel is een modern flatgebouw. GEEN van de restaurants was open. Er was GEEN huishoudelijke dienst, dus geen nieuwe handdoeken, zeep, toiletpapier en dergelijke. Vooraf een melding voor deze ongemakken zou prettig geweest zijn. Een zware tegenvaller voor zo'n dure overnachting'

'One of the rooms they put us in had a damaged front door which we found out it was damaged the night before , the manger try to screw the door back together but it was busted so they not only moved us but also next door as they had there door kick. The other room was ok but had a smell and didn’t have a smoke detector just the mounting plate.'

'Excellent location with restaurant on-site. Staff were friendly, helpful and rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. Only negative was a room assurity which was more expensive than the room itself. Even though we didn't use it, this seemed pointless when billing details provided with booking. Apart from this, great spot to spend the night.'

'I was late reaching the place. Called the after hours number. Got the code to access my keys. Spent a restful night in the room and left in the morning refreshed. Returned the key in the key return box. Very smooth entry, stay and exit. Thanks to the Team at CQ'
