Great hotel, the only pity was that the water in the shower was not that strong, but stayed on the 8th floor. For the rest all was wonderful for a great price.

The staff were friendly. It had everything you need and want. The location is fabulous and absolutely the best place to stay in proximity to everything you want to see. Lots of food and beverage options right outsides. Unlimited tea and coffee. Just great.

This hotel was perfectly located 5 mins from Queen Station and right beside all shopping and eating. It was also only a 10 min walk to the river. Would stay here again!

Hotel is in a great location near the train station and walking distance to many points of interest. The rooms and hallways are a little dated but very comfortable and clean. The reception area is great, with free coffee, friendly service, bar, breakfast and other food service. It’s a mid-range hotel that I’d be happy to stay at again! Great staff!

The staff are lovely and very responsive. My room was great and was exactly what I needed. It’s in such a central area of Glasgow which is great. Breakfast was worth every penny

The hotel is a really great price for what you get, especially considering you get a massive brekkie included. The rooms are simple but functional and the bed is comfy. I would rate it 5 stars but the pillows were sooo bad! They were so hard that it was like sleeping on a rock and I didn't get a good sleep. So hopefully they can get a few softer pillows and I would deffo stay again.

The room and common areas were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast offering was very good. Location is tremendous if you're looking for walkable access to the city centre.

We had a one night stay at the hotel which we enjoyed, it’s in a great location, spotlessly clean throughout, nice size room, no view but for one night that didn’t matter, only thing i could pick on was no mirror next to desk so had to put make up ect on floor to use the mirror, staff really friendly, breakfast was really good, i’d stay again.

States WiFi available but zero signal. Blocked sink on arrival but this did get sorted once reported. Very clean. Friendly staff. Pillows need replacing. Tired decor.

Great location close to train station. There was a problem with the pipes. All night long anytime another unit used the bathroom you could hear water gurgling through the pipes until they drained.
