This is the second time of staying here , the hotel is spot on, it's location to the Hydro is fantastic, the rooms are lovely and clean, the staff are brilliant , we'll continue stopping there everytime we're in Glasgow, all in all a really enjoyable experience

Super ,’ quirky ‘ hotel
Great location , particularly if visiting the OVO Hydro or SEC. Lovely bars , extremely helpful staff , particularly Alan on Reception who was a wonderful example of exceptional customer service. Thanks for making it a fantastic stay.

Great hotel and lovely staff
From the minute we came nto reception, staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the SEC and Finnieston Crane. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, although when we came out there was a huge queue so my advice is to come down a bit earlier on a weekend.

Lovely decor - horrible pillows
Loved the decor both inside and outside the room When we had an issue with the tv and the conjoined room door being unlocked they sent someone to resolve this… great The only reason I can fault this hotel as my sleep was terrible 1. The heating we just couldn’t get it right it was either too warm or cool 2.most importantly the pillows we have 4 extremely soft pillows… most hotels I believe will give you 1 soft and 1 had to suit all sleepers… unfortunately this was the case so not only was my sleep(lack of) terrible but I’m now home with a crooked neck For the price of the room i would suggest you look into this

The check in process was simple at first and the lady at reception was great but we did not have a very good experience for our first stay at this hotel. Firstly our room cards did not work and we could not access our room. Went back down to reception to have our cards re-activated and when we got to our room there was a half naked man in the room. This was a very awkward situation for us all and was an uncomfortable experience. The girl on reception was very apologetic and we were upgraded to a room with a better view and were given drinks on the house at the Sky Bar. Unsure if we will stay at the hotel again due to our experience but the staff were great in dealing with the situation.

Great place to stay
My husband and i really enjoyed our 1 night at Raddison red. Apart from the clean, comfortable room we were in, we were very pleased with the level of service from the very friendly staff. We also enjoyed all the food we ate and the breakfast was exceptional. We look forward to staying there again.

Toilet rolls weren’t replaced at the change over leaving us with not enough. Plug next to bed not working. Iron board unstable. Coat hook hanging of the wall.

Pet Friendly Hotel - Highly recommended.
Brilliant hotel - one of the best in Glasgow! Super helpful staff and excellent location. Decent parking too.

Amazing Christmas stay - staff always very helpful with looking after both me and my two dogs. Great events on upstairs in the bar too.

Still a great location but we won’t be back
We have stayed in this hotel several times now and unfortunately based on this stay we won’t be back. Staff were really unfriendly, it was only bar service which based on the prices we were disappointed and we discovered that all rooms are now dog friendly and I think I am allergic as I had a reaction overnight with my face swelling up.

My stay on 25 26 did not take place..hotels . Com took payment but for wrong dates...ive been ignored since 10 mins after booking. Had to pay cash for right dates..the o line agent has ignored me about reimbursement...hotel never che c ked me in nor took payment....ill be sending word out to all my contacts never to use hotels . Com.

The hotel is less than a 2 minute walk to the hydro (perfect for gigs), 5 minutes to bars and pubs in finnieston (perfect pre gig), 15-20 into town (perfect for everything else). Sky bar was really nice and relaxing with good tunes. The room was great too, everything you need, really clean and a big comfy bed. The staff were all outstanding! From checking in and out. Both the staff were really nice and helpful, spot on. Having an actual conversation rather than a generic few lines you get in most places (which is also fine to be fair). All bar staff were cracking and again, nice wee chats while running around serving everyone as quick as they possibly could. The place whole hotel was spotless, cleaning staff clearly do a wonderful job. Will be staying again, great hotel with great staff.
