There was easy access to public transport if you’re travelling without a vehicle. Close proximity to the beach & Alexandra Headlands surf club. Great food options at club & eateries near by. Walking distance to Mooloolaba & Cotton Tree.'

'Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. 'It was a wonderful experience at Maleny Terrace Cottages. Sarah was so friendly and helpful when we thought we would be checking in after hours. We ended up making it in before the office was closed and she helped us figure out which restaurants were open close by. The Thai restaurant that is just 2 driveways away was actually fantastic! 'As soon as you open your car door, you are enveloped by the peace and quiet with only the birdsong and insect symphony to be heard.
We stayed in Sally Wattle which has a wonderful double shower and aircon - note that this cabin doesn’t have a spa.
The carport is close to the cabin so easy for bringing in your supplies and luggage. We could not see nor hear the nearby cabin with whom we shared the double carport.
