Prachtig uitzicht en een mooie inrichting in dit appartement gelegen aan een prachtig strand van Lake Michigan. Gelegen in een meer afgelegen gebied van The Homestead aan de zuidkant. Ontspan op een van de dekken tegenover het meer en kijk naar de zon met een schitterende zonsondergang. Trap naar dit 2e verdieping appartement, gezichten West. 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. 6 slaapplaatsen.
1 kingsize bed, 2 twins en een slaapbank. Houtkachel, wasmachine / droger, WIFI, kabel-tv / dvd, cd-speler, volledige keuken met vaatwasser. 3 balkons om van het uitzicht te genieten. Dicht bij de Sleep Bear Bear Dunes, winkelen, festivals en meer. Traverse City is een makkelijke 30 mijl rijden. Verken de verschillende stranden, parken, winkels en restaurants in Glen Arbor. Kajak the Crystal River of speel een minigolfje

Linens verstrekt. Geen airconditioning. Homestead Resort voorzieningen (zwembad, tennis, etc.) zijn niet inbegrepen.


Dit is een zondag-zondag verhuur voor de eerste zomer weken. Kort verblijf beschikbaar buiten de piek.
Geniet van dit prachtige gebied langs de kustlijn van de Sleeping Bear. Je zult de natuur op zijn best vinden. Helder water, heldere hemel en frisse lucht heten u welkom. De stad Glen Arbor biedt plaatsen om te eten, winkelen en boodschappen te halen. Deze bruisende stad biedt verschillende activiteiten in de zomer- en herfstmaanden. Slechts 25 minuten naar Traverse City. Suttons Bay en Leland zijn ongeveer 30 minuten rijden. Tientallen wijnhuizen in dit gebied ook.

comfortable space, cozy and well outfitted. We were two couples and the spaces were great for that. Living/kitchen /dining area was free flowing and allowed people to be doing different things, yet converse. it was chilly so we carefully built a fire in the fireplace, it was lovely. Would stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here with my brother and his wife for 2 nights. We would have liked to have stayed longer. It was a very comfortable and roomy townhome. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a view of Lake Michigan. Beautiful area!

What a great location and beautiful condo! You can hear and see the beach from the condo, and it is just a few steps around the building to get to it. The beach is lovely and big! The condo itself was spacious, well-stocked (so many good books!), and really great to stay in. Will definitely return.

Place needs some updating. And definitely some dusting. Cobwebs surround the fireplace screen in the master bedroom and dresser top is covered in dust. Livingroom furniture is very uncomfortable as you sink way down making it difficult to get back up. All in all since the location is beautiful, it was an “okay” stay.

Beach is so close!

The property was very clean. The beach is just a walk around the building. The view was stunning from living room and master bedroom. Even without air conditioning it was very cool during our stay in late June. The property is very well equipped, from equipment (nesspresso with pods, blender, many cooking dishes etc.) to board games and books. A perfect spot for a family trip. And close to the downtown area!

The lake water was so clear and the beach was not crowded. The condo is close to everything. The only thing I would recommend is that you should mention in your the list of what the condo furnishes for guest is hair dryers. I didn't think of it till the last minute, one less thing I didn't need to bring.

Seriously, it had everything we needed and was perfectly situated on the beach; no one upstairs in what felt like but wasn't an end unit. I've already rented it for next year. Also the management company was great when I lost the key; replaced it at no cost. Although having to drive to TC to do this was a bit of a pain.

Outstanding place, well supplied kitchen in all ways. Recommend to others very highly; view from deck breathtaking at dusk. One other thing, I HIGHLY suggest the listing should include the fact that there are 29 steps going straight up to access the condo. We are 76 years old and found it very difficult but doable to go up the steps. Would not be good if someone more challenged then us rented this condo. That being said, HIGHLY recommend this condo!!
