'My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern home. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable visit. Although we initially had trouble accessing the unit due to unclear instructions, once we got in, everything was fantastic. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout. We’re definitely planning to come back! '

'Great house! We had an 11 month old, and 9 adults and all slept comfortably. The 11 month old slept upstairs and no one could hear her when she cried overnight/early in the morning. All the beach extras and towels were very nice to have. The host was responsive to questions asked. 100% would stay again! '

'The location was perfect. It was too cold for water activities, but having campfires on the beach was amazing! The host was extremely nice and accommodating, he even left flowers for us after discovering we were there on our mini-honeymoon. Will definitely keep this spot in mind for future trips!'

'Right on the water with easy access to the lake for swimming. Lots of areas to find solitude within the house and many porches. Owners were quick to respond to questions we had. '

'House was clean and spacious. Eclectic decor, but clean. Located in front of a Masonic Temple, which was active over the weekend, but quiet in the evening and night. Nice view of the Bay, and easy access to Traverse City, Suttons Bay and an easy drive to Glen Arbor and the Sleeping Bear dunes. We had a nice weekend stay. There is a small but clean beach about 1 block away! The host was accommodating and we enjoyed our weekend in TC.'

'I have never felt more comfortable staying somewhere and the home itself was beautiful and everything I could have ever asked for to celebrate my sisters bachelorette weekend! Mathew was incredibly helpful every step of the way and even went above and beyond to create personal touches for our stay. If you’re looking for a place in this area, I would highly recommend this location! '

' We had a great stay. House was immaculate. Had all amenities and more. Very well stocked. All beds were comfortable. Perfect for two families. The kids had so much fun using the kayaks. The backyard was an amazing spot to hang out. The price was higher than we usually spend on a vacation rental but we felt it was worth it in this case. I would highly recommend this house. '

'This cottage was the perfect location in downtown Empire with walking distance to the Friendly and the Empire Beach! We loved the fenced in back yard for fires with our pup. The perfect place for a long weekend!'

'This was a lovely, newly-decorated place, walking distance from downtown Northport. Cheryl put a lot of care into the cottage. It felt like a home, not a rental. (I would be very happy to own a cottage that looked and felt like this.) It’s one of perhaps 5 little cabins clustered close together, but I only occasionally heard or saw neighbors. My family would happily rent this cottage again.'

'Comfortable and very clean apartment, well appointed apartment with two spacious bedrooms , eating area, living room and large bathroom. A/C was perfect and strong, all appliances worked, with the exception of the oven, which had no working vent. Wonderful location, walked to everything, easy drive to neighboring towns. Only suggestions would be to have mirrors above dressers, and a few pyrex glass baking dishes. A note to those who might have an issue with stairs; there is a long ,steep flight...

'Very cozy and peaceful little cabin. My girlfriend and I stayed with our 2 dogs, and all had a fantastic time :) So many things to see and do in the area. A long weekend was not enough!'
